- Responsible in processing timely and accurately the following:
- Payroll B
- Consultant
- Yearly 13th Month Pay
- Checking and validation of the following:
- Direct and 3 agencies payroll, billing and yearly 13th month pay
- Provide assistance with the HRD Manager in establishing job levelling and salary pay structure.
- Checking of government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and TIN.
- Knowledgeable in computation and processing of alpha list and Tax refund.
- Responsible in processing 13th month payroll B.
- Lead the payroll team in the implementation of payroll portal.
- Prepare monthly attendance are for the release of rice incentives.
- Processing of cash advances of employees, including but not limited to:
- Seeking for approval of CFO
- Endorsement to Accounting
- Properly posting to the system
- Monitoring of headcount based on payroll cut-off:
- Direct and agency employees headcount
- Prepare monthly attainment reports.
- Perform cross functional duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.), and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- With Experience in Alphalist
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
