Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information.

Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.

Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.

Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures.

Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.

With 5 years of related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.

With knowledge in labor laws.

With analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and active listening skills.
