We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Nurse to join our team at Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and support to our employees, ensuring their health and well-being. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the success and well-being of our organization.

• Providing immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury
• Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and monitoring employees' overall health
• Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
• Promoting a healthy work environment and educating employees on wellness and disease prevention
• Assisting with the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies
• Participating in emergency response planning and implementation

• A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies
• with an OHNAP certificate is a plus.
