Position: Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse role is a full-time position within the Megawide Construction Corporation, based in Taytay, Rizal. You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our employees, ensuring they have access to high-quality healthcare support and resources.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing nursing care and first aid to employees in the workplace
2. Administering vaccinations and conducting health screenings
3. Monitoring and managing workplace health and safety policies and procedures
4. Collaborating with external healthcare providers to coordinate employee medical care
5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on workplace health and safety metrics
6. Delivering training and education to employees on health, safety and wellness topics
7. Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the organization

What we're looking for

1. Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
2. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse or in a similar role
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with employees at all levels
5. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
6. Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
7. Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and data management
8. With certificate of Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) for nurses
