Description
- Provide nursing care and first aid to employees as needed.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health standards.
- Maintain medical records and confidentiality of employee information.
- Implement health and safety programs within the workplace.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee health services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of nursing experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate and patient-oriented
