Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed)
• With at least 1 year relevant experience (clinic, hospital, or occupational health is an advantage)
• With BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in DOLE occupational health and safety standards
• Proficient in MS Office and medical record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions
• Maintain and update employee medical records
• Assist in annual physical exams, vaccinations, and health programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and health regulations
• Coordinate with hospitals/clinics for emergency cases
• Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and medicines
• Prepare and submit health reports as required
• Support HR in pre-employment, return-to-work, and health clearances
• Promote health awareness and wellness programs in the workplace
