Description
- Provide nursing care and support to employees within the organization
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs
- Manage occupational health records and documentation
- Collaborate with management on health-related policies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in occupational health or nursing
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of occupational health best practices, familiarity with OHNAP standards
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some physical demands related to patient care
