A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field, with a valid Professional

License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).

● At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

● Strong ability to create timely reports and manage employee medical

records efficiently.

● Additional certifications such as Basic Occupational Safety and Health

(BOSH), Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid are preferred but not

mandatory

Major Deliverables:

● Accountability in maintaining the healthy status of the employees.

● Accountability to provide preventive care for employees with regards to

their health issues.

● Accountability to educate employees with healthcare knowledge.

● Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports Required

● Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides basic healthcare for the employees.

a. Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all

employees.

b. Performs diagnostic tests.

• Administers prescribed medication and treatment.

a. First aid treatment

b. Medicine dispensing

c. Operate basic medical equipment.

• Raises healthcare awareness.

a. Advocates health and wellbeing of employees

b. Educates employees about management of illnesses.

c. Provides support and advice to employees regarding health

• Establishes, monitors, and reports employee health issues as provided by

our partner HMO.

• Spearhead annual physical examination for employees.

• Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
