Responsibilities

• Assist the employees’medical concerns and emergencies
• Provide basic first aid and healthcare support
• Monitor and record employees’ vital signs when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic or medical area
• Prepare and organize medical supplies and equipment
• Assist in administering medicines as directed by the company nurse or physician
• Maintain accurate employee medical records and clinic logs
• Support health and wellness programs, vaccination drives, and medical examinations
• Coordinate with HR regarding employee health concerns and documentation
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Respond appropriately during workplace emergencies

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Nursing Aide, Caregiving, or related healthcare course
• With certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advantage
• Experience in clinic, hospital, or company healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures and occupational safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, compassionate, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule (Monday to Sunday)
