Job Description
- Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accident.
- Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
- Administers first aid treatments and provides medication as needed.
- Monitor and records patients’ condition.
- Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit to work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.
- Schedules and assist annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk condition.
- Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.
- Generate medical report.
- Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase request as necessary.
- Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
- Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
- At least attended First Aid, OHNAP, Basic Life Support of similar training
- With experience in a manufacturing setup as a Company Nurse is an advantage.
