Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance on all health-related government regulations by recommending health related policy content, government reports and providing orientation to employees in order to meet the local standard and requirements.
• Point person for Administration for all HSEQ related compliance by monitoring, filing, and coordination to ensure administration compliance to HSEQ policies and standards.
• Selects healthy food choices for employee lunch and snacks by coordinating with employees preferred food and canteen provider to offer good benefits for employees.
• Schedules employees' Annual Physical Examination with our HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) provider and ensure compliance to government by ensuring accurate report and compliance of all employees.
• Coordinate the pre-employment examination to health clinic and to HR on the result
• Process employee medical reimbursement to ensure proper documents are submitted.

Main Tasks

 HEALTH AND WELLNESS

• Provides health awareness to employees on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that sick employee is fit to work upon returning for work after sick leave, conduct visits sick employee when necessary and provide monthly sickness report to superior and HSEQ Manager.
• Assess the medical exam of new hire and APE (annual physical exam) result.
• Ensure health permit of third party contractors.
• Monitors medical supplies needed for the company's medical clinic and issuance and monitoring of medicines for employees.
• Submit monthly report related to sickness, medicine, activities etc.

Job Requirements

• Basic Occupational Health and safety certificate holder
• Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and expertise in medical field and in manufacturing setting
• Good Communication and coordination skills
• Under HSEQ Department is an advantage
