Description
- Provide on-site medical assistance and first aid for employees.
- Monitor employee health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Conduct health screenings and manage occupational health records.
- Collaborate with management on health policies and ergonomic practices.

- Assist with injury reporting and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical or corporate setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical assessments, first aid, and emergency response.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide health assessments, manage workplace injuries, and educate employees on health practices.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional exposure to medical situations.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and able to work independently.
