Description

  • Provide basic healthcare services to employees.
  • Administer first aid and assist in emergency cases.
  • Manage and record medical histories and symptoms.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and manage health screenings.
  • Develop workplace health and safety programs.
  • Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: At least less than 1 year of working experience as a nurse. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal. Must possess medical knowledge with strong first-aid skills. Excellent written communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide basic healthcare services, manage first aid emergencies, maintain medical records, and collaborate with health practitioners in ensuring employee well-being.
  • Working Conditions: Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available during business hours to administer healthcare as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be empathetic, detail-oriented, patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be a licensed nurse.
