The Company Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. Assess the work environment to identify work hazards, plan intervention programs accordingly.

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
• Assist all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if needed.
• Maintain all employee’s medical records.
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate upon returning to work.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates.
• Schedule and assist annual medical examinations of all employees.
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.
• Conduct Health Seminar to all employees.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Occupational, Safety, and Health.
