Description :

  • Administer Health and Welfare benefits for all employees
  • Manage HMO Program of the company
  • Coordinate with HMO/Insurance/benefit vendors
  • Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive working environment, focusing on customer service by handling customer requests in a professional manner
  • Assists in the planning, and execution of corporate activities and organizational engagements such as corporate events, sports events, teambuilding activities, office engagements, corporate social responsibility etc., from concept to finish


Requirements :

  • Nursing Graduate with licensure (Registered Nurse RN)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Self-motivated, creative, self-starter
  • Charismatic, has strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with different types of people
  • Ability to multi-task, remain calm and can work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
