SUMMARY:

1. Responsible for transport-related duties;
2. administers transportation of staff and conveying materials, equipment, office
3. supplies including documents of the organization to the areas where they are
4. required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least college level

2. With a professional driver’s license

3. 3 – 5 years’ experience as a company driver

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

1. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.

2. Extensive knowledge of vehicle driving rules and regulations.

3. No recent moving or driving violations.

4. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)

5. Willing to submit to background checks and drug testing and provide employment recommendations.

6. Possesses a valid Philippine driver’s license (2,4)

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Familiar in different route in NCR and other area around the Philippines.

9. Can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

10. Exemplifies customer service skills

11. Responsible and result – oriented

12. Team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for transport related duties.

2. Studies possible alternate routes or traffic diversions.

3. Supports admin to liaise documents and other departments, if needed.

4. Keeps records on travel logs, including details such as areas, duration, and work hours.

5. Ensures that the car is well maintained and clean at all times.

6. Carries out routine inspections to identify electrical and mechanical problems.

7. Monitors vehicle condition and make recommendation for minor repair.

8. Keeps receipts of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

9. Reports any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

10. Assists maintenance and reception, if needed.

Company vehicle

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. May work for long hours and required to do field work.

2. Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.

3. May require physical effort.

4. Willing to extend working time to finish the booking schedule
