Executive Driver

Responsible for providing safe, secure, and efficient transportation for company executives and, when authorized, their family members to business meetings, corporate events, official functions, airport transfers, personal appointments, and other designated destinations. Ensures punctual pick-up and drop-off while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Conducts daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and overall safety. Monitors fuel levels, schedules preventive maintenance, coordinates repairs, and ensures that all vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits remain current. Immediately reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Plans and adjusts travel routes based on traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrival. Assists with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other personal or company-related items as needed. Performs authorized errands, including the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other materials on behalf of the company or executive.

Maintains accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll fees, parking expenses, maintenance activities, and other vehicle-related documentation. Observes all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while practicing defensive driving techniques to minimize risks.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding executives' schedules, travel plans, business discussions, and personal matters. Remains flexible to accommodate changing schedules, after-hours assignments, weekends, holidays, and emergency transportation requirements. Supports administrative and transportation-related tasks as assigned and represents the company with professionalism at all times.
