- Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.
- Safely transport employees, guests, and company officials to and from destinations as instructed.
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle’s condition (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
- Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.
- Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.
- Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises, and general cleaning as scheduled
- Monitor, stock, and arrange office and pantry supplies, and report any replenishment needs or issues with office facilities and equipment.
- Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.
- Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.
- You will be assigned to dispose of garbage daily at 5:30 PM in the absence of the assigned personnel.
- In the absence of the maintenance admin the assigned personnel shall carry out the task.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management
