Transport Services

• Safely drive company staff, clients, or goods to assigned destinations.
• Follow scheduled routes and timeframes.
• Load and unload materials when necessary.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections of vehicle condition before and after trips.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced regularly, and in excellent working order.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly to the supervisor or fleet manager.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all road safety rules and company driving policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ensure safety of passengers and goods during transit.

Documentation & Records

• Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, service records, and trip reports.
• Complete delivery and transport paperwork properly.

Professional Conduct

• Interact politely and professionally with clients and staff.
• Represent the company positively at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and business activities.

Other Duties

• Run errands such as deliveries, banking, or administrative runs as assigned.
• Support office or warehouse operations when needed.
• At least 5 years of driving experience with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with city routes and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours or overtime as required.
