- Safely transport employees, clients, visitors, and company personnel to designated locations.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, supplies, and other company-related items.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fuel, oil, and fluid levels.
- Arrange and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle registration requirements.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Follow traffic laws, company safety standards, and driving regulations at all times.
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Report accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents immediately to management.
- Perform messenger and other related duties as assigned.
