- Transportation & Passenger Service
- Safely operate the shuttle vehicle according to traffic laws and company policies.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations on schedule.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to all passengers.
- Assist passengers when boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
- Perform routine inspections of the shuttle vehicle, including oil, tire pressure, brakes, and lights.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections.
- Report delays, incidents, or accidents promptly to the supervisor.
- Other Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading of baggage or company materials when necessary.
- Support the transportation team in coordinating routes or schedules as needed
