Qualifications:

• Preferably with 2-5 years of experience with professional driving as company driver and basic vehicle maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• With valid driver's license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, time-management, flexibility, organization, and teamwork
• Good physical ability
• Having clean driving and medical records
• Complete knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
• Familiarity with GPS tools and Google Maps
• Excellent driving skills and road sense
• Ability to work for long hours and on weekends
• Well-groomed and highly motivated individual
• Offers excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

The Company Driver/Messenger’s responsibilities involve safety transporting people, goods or materials, while adhering to company policies and traffic laws. These include tasks like planning routes, maintaining the vehicle and interacting with clients or dispatch.

• Safely and efficiently operates company-assigned vehicles to transport employees, customers, VIPs, goods and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner. Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Adheres to regulations and follows all traffics laws and company policies. Unnecessary fast driving is not allowed.
• Represents the company positively and professionally in interactions with customers and staff.
• Maintains well-groomed appearance when dealing with customers, at all times.
• Maintains a high level of competence and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Ensures good self-health as called for in the daily performance of driving and messengerial duties.
• Utilizes navigation systems or applications and knowledge of local traffics to optimize routes and delivery as scheduled.
• Monitors traffic conditions and road closures to adjust routes as needed.
• Maintains and regularly perform routine checks, reporting necessary repairs and high standards of upkeep on the vehicle's cleanliness and safety.
• Reports any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the admin transportation coordinator.
• Ensures lines are always open/available and contactable during working hours and even after office hours for additional and emergency requests.
