Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations

· Deliver goods to customers and company locations on time

· Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

· Load and unload items with care

· Ensure cargo is properly secured during transit

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

· Conduct daily vehicle checks (tires, lights, brakes, etc.)

· Report issues or maintenance needs immediately

· Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy at all times

Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare and collect delivery receipts and customer signatures

· Maintain accurate trip and delivery logs

· Report delays, accidents, or any delivery problems to the supervisor

Compliance and Safety

· Adhere to traffic rules and road safety standards

· Follow company policies and delivery protocols

· Ensure safe transport of goods and passengers (if any)

Customer Service

· Interact courteously with clients during deliveries

· Confirm delivery details and address minor concerns

· Represent the company professionally on the road

Support Tasks

· Assist warehouse team with packing, sorting, or other errands when not on delivery
