Description
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills. Initiates review of routes and possible route options, weather condition, traffic condition, and other needed preparations before scheduled trips.
- Keeps a timely shuttle route and logs diligently all transaction / trips and trip details including names of passengers, date / time, odometer readings, and destination or pick-up point
- Always display respect and courtesy to all passenger by assisting them in getting in and out of vehicle and or other form of assistance we can extend.
- Operates radio or similar device to communicate with Senior EA / Admin Executive to report disruption of service. Ensuring that all possible lines of communication are available for smooth coordination.
- Notifies ahead of time the Senior EA / Admin Executive of any servicing requirements for the vehicle, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Takes charge in cleaning and maintenance of the car after every use and report supplies needed for each trip including fuel refill, RFID reload, others related to car upkeep.
- Flexible with the work assignments, travel destinations, and working hours. Able to render overtime when needed.
- Reports all incidents in a timely manner.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement
- With valid professional driver's license
- Must be physically fit to work and willing to be assigned in a night shift schedule
- Must be familiar within metro manila
- Able to drive both Manual and Automatic a 4-wheeler private vehicles
