Description

JIL Hauling Services, a leader in the Transportation & Logistics industry, is seeking a skilled Compactor Operator. The ideal candidate will operate compacting equipment efficiently to manage waste and improve site conditions.

Operate and maintain compactors and associated equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and report on waste material conditions.
Assist team with site management and clean-up operations.

Requirements

Driver's License.
Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operations preferred.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience operating compactors or similar heavy machinery with NC2.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in equipment operation, basic maintenance skills, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties: Operate compactor for waste management, perform routine inspections, and ensure safe working conditions.
Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, potentially hazardous conditions; compliance with safety regulations essential.
