Job Description
岗位职责：
1.全域用户增长策略落地：统筹平台全生命周期增长（注册、活跃、留存、转化、裂变），基于数据优化用户转化漏斗，搭建 X、Discord、TG、YouTube、KOL 等多渠道获客增长方案。
2.海内外社区整体运营：搭建并维护海内外多语言社群，策划线上社区活动，搭建用户激励体系，持续维护健康社区氛围，沉淀核心用户。
3.数据驱动增长迭代：持续监控 DAU、MAU、留存、CAC、LTV 等核心增长指标，通过数据分析复盘运营动作，迭代优化渠道、活动与转化策略。
4.品牌传播与内容增长：搭建全平台内容矩阵，产出具备传播力的增长向内容，联动媒体、KOL、合作项目方，提升品牌海外曝光与声量。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网用户增长/运营经验；
2. 有交易类平台（CEX，DEX都可）社区运营经验，熟悉 社区激励机制等；
3. 有成功增长案例或项目经验，熟悉海外社媒增长逻辑；
4. 熟悉数据分析，能独立制定增长模型；
5. 英语工作能力良好（读写为主），能与海外社区互动；
6. 有创业心态、执行力强、结果导向。
