Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive deal support, efficiently triaging and managing various deal types in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Own and drive the successful delivery of improvements to both manual and automated commercial processes.
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead data-driven analyses to provide actionable insights and influence key business outcomes.
• Manage case queues and fulfill reporting responsibilities with a strong program management mindset.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguous situations effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to a high-growth, fast-paced environment, leveraging expertise to adapt and excel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a deal support role, ideally within a technology environment.
• Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering improvements to both manual and automated processes.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) and efficiently triaging various deal types.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce, with case management expertise preferred (administrator experience not required).
• Familiarity with Hubble dashboards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to improve internal processes.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction and minimal oversight.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead data-driven analyses and influence business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
