The Commercial Specialist is responsible for managing and facilitating leasing activities to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability of commercial spaces. The role involves identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The Commercial Specialist also monitors market trends, evaluates property performance, and ensures that leasing operations comply with company policies and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
• At least 6 months of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, or sales (experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of leasing processes and property management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
