The Client Executive-Commercial is responsible for administrative and securing sales for the company through leasing of company owned commercial units by prospective clients. This position requires excellent customer service, familiarity on the properties to lease, study property listings, prospecting, negotiation, initiative, and in-depth understanding of procedure. It provides support to the department in achieving targets and quotas. It evaluates what are the needs and intentions of both clients and investors to promote the brand well. 

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or any related course

• 1-2 years of experience as commercial leasing or equivalent with good communication skills and pleasing personality

• Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environment
