Job Description

We are seeking serious and career-driven Commercial Leasing Executives to handle office, retail, and warehouse leasing. This role is perfect for those with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to grow their income and career in real estate.

As a Commercial Leasing Executive, you will:

• Source and qualify clients for commercial properties.
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site inspections, property tours, and client meetings.
• Handle lease negotiations, proposals, and contract coordination.
• Market listings online and track inquiries.
• Support the broker in closing transactions.

Qualifications

• Only serious applicants with entrepreneurial mindset will be considered.
• Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection (for work-from-home setup).
• Willing to work 50% from home / 50% on the field (Metro Manila).
• Motorbike ownership is an added advantage for faster client/site coverage.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work purely on commission basis.
• Can start immediately.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Only – Unlimited earning potential.
• Top performers can earn ₱50,000–₱100,000+ monthly.
