* Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
* Excellent at building customer relationship and creates a good experience thru the collection process
* Math skills to determine billing answers and payment options
* Problem solving skills to identify root cause to accurately recommend solutions
* Effectively adapt to customer situations including listening skills , ability to emphasize and provide alternative solutions tho help resolve the customers issue.
Job Requirements
* High school diploma
* 6 months of call center experience preferred, but not required
* Good command of English Language
