- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to collections.
- Work towards achieving monthly collection targets.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and emails.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry Level (0-2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
