Fabrication of moulds, inserts, jigs and fixtures, electrode polishing and basic mould assembly.

Operation of a tool shop, and capable of using CNC milling.

Adjust machines as per requirement and ensure quality in all production processes, and manage all communication with engineers and the supervisor to resolve issues for quality.

Inspect parts of measuring instruments, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain safety procedures and regulations.

Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, ensure adherence to the superior’s instructions, and perform troubleshooting on all processes.

Follow the corresponding “Work Instruction” for the assigned processor job.

Comply with all safety requirements asked by the company through wearing the corresponding PPE on the work follow safety precautions on the shop floor.

Maintain and perform 5S activities in the working area.

Must be a graduate of Fitter Machinist and another course related to Electro-Mechanics

Has 1 – 2 years of experience in operating CNC machines. Can read technical/know-how on 2D and 3D drawings
