Description
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following relevant safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Wire EDM Operation /Programming
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform quality checks and measurements on finished products
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
