Your Role

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting mission-critical cloud environments across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems
• Collaborate with SRE teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues, leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Perform systems administration, monitoring, and incident management
• Contribute to automation, process improvements, and operational documentation
• Analyze system performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud platforms and services
• Lead or support engineering initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations (AWS required)
• Hands-on experience with at least one additional cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud)
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (design/architecture is a plus)
• Strong background in DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker, Artifactory
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms
• Exposure to technical support, infrastructure, and platform services
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps) are an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in SRE practices, observability, and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of automation scripting (Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with incident management and reliability engineering
