We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) Clinic. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and team management. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional patient and client service, maintaining the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all clinic functions. Experience in managing OFW Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) operations is highly preferred.


Job description:

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–10 years of healthcare management experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role within a clinic, diagnostic center, occupational health facility, or PEME clinic.
  • Demonstrated experience managing OFW pre-employment medical examination services is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and healthcare operations.
  • Preferably can start ASAP!!!!!!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor clinic performance, productivity, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, accreditation requirements, and healthcare standards.
  • Maintain clinic readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record management, and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Oversee all PEME processes for overseas workers, ensuring timely completion of medical examinations and reports.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and efficient management of high-volume applicant processing.
  • Monitor turnaround times and service standards to meet client expectations.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and patient-centered service.
  • Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to expand clinic services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs.
  • Review incident reports, complaints, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of service delivery and patient experience.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of PEME workflows and occupational health standards.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management systems, and patient privacy requirements.
  • Familiarity with medical records operations.
  • Understanding of client relationship management and healthcare business operations.
