- The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with healthcare standards, and exceptional patient care.
- This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage a team of 25–30 staff members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Haves:
- College graduate (any course).
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in healthcare (outpatient/surgical clinics preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work onsite with a rotating schedule.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Medical field degree or certifications (e.g., CPR/BLS).
- Experience in budgeting and compliance.
