• Experience Level: Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company;• Preferably with healthcare exp.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of healthcare processes.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and support clinical staff.
