• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and have a positive experience at every stage of their visit.
• Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including front desk personnel, medical assistants, and nurses.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, and implementing clinic safety protocols.
• Monitor clinic expenses, assist with budgeting, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and manage any scheduling conflicts.
• Manage the ordering and restocking of medical and office supplies.
• Prepare and present clinic performance reports to management, including patient volume, revenue, and any operational challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinic management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and patient management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Technologically savvy, with fair knowledge of social media
• Will work closely with marketing team to produce some digital content
