Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description
- Ensures cleanliness standards are met, trains new employees, coordinates with other departments for guest services
- Manages and assigns tasks to housekeeping staff
- Monitors and orders cleaning supplies
- Handles guest requests or concerns
- Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences
- Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners
- Graduate of 4 yr course in HRM or any related course
- With at least 1-2 years experience in cleaning services
- With supervisory experience in housekeeping is a plus
- Flexible, fast learner and can work under pressure
- Knowledgeable in different cleaning agents & equipment's
- Knows the Standard & Protocols of cleaning
- Willing to start ASAP
