JOB DESCRIPTION – HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

Deployment Area: Paligawan, Silang, Cavite

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall organization of assigned areas. The position ensures that facilities are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas regularly.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom necessities as needed.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and materials.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

• Assist with special cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks.

• Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Willing to work in Paligawan, Silang, Cavite.

• Must have complete employment requirements.

• Can start ASAP.

• PSA Birth Certificate

• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN (or willing to process)

Work Schedule:

• As assigned by the company based on operational requirements.
