Job Requirements

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or similar course.
• Amenable to work onsite, Monday- Saturday.

Responsibilities

1. Floor Plan Development & Management

• Create, edit, and update detailed floor plans for all company event venues.
• Ensure accuracy of booth layouts, aisle spacing, and compliance with safety and venue regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and exhibitors regarding space allocation and technical requirements.
• Utilize CAD or similar software for layout planning and revisions.

2. Business Matching Coordination

• Facilitate business matching initiatives between exhibitors, partners, and attendees.
• Maintain and organize database of participants for effective matching.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between involved parties.
