Job Description
- 4 Years of Site Experience (Residential & Commercial Developments)
- Has Driver's License (Can drive a motorcycle)
- Proficient in Construction Estimates (renovations to complete house estimation)
- Site Supervision
- Proficient in reading Complete Working Drawings
- Design and analyze infrastructure projects, including buildings, bridges, and roads.
- Design and analyze structures, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with team members.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for modeling and simulations.
- Monitor project progress and manage resources effectively.
- PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, AND OFFICE FRIENDLY
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience Level: 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD and engineering software; strong analytical skills, and render using Lumion or Vray
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
