CIvil Engineer

Work Location: Office-based with occasional site visits (Must be willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila)

Job Description

• Infrastructure Design: Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and commercial/residential buildings.
• Feasibility & Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and field conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and sub-consultants to maintain design integrity.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project proposals, technical reports, and documentation for client approval.
• Construction Oversight: Oversee construction processes on-site to ensure strict compliance with engineering standards and local regulations.
• Project Coordination: Lead small-scale projects and effectively coordinate tasks across various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; strong understanding of quality management principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Relocation / Travel: Must be willing to be assigned or deployed to project sites outside Metro Manila.
