- Assist in various construction activities, including framing, drywall installation, and finish work.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site and follow all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Support in material handling and site preparation tasks.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building construction roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage project timelines.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in varying weather conditions, with some office work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferably with civil engineer license
