Civil Engineer

Job Description
- Develop detailed designs and plans for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee and monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Must hold a valid Engineer license.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar energy projects or renewable energy infrastructure.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Strong understanding of construction materials, soil mechanics, and geotechnical engineering.
- Familiarity with solar mounting systems, foundation design, and load calculations.
- Effective project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
