We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a Technical Assistant for our AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block division. This role involves providing on-site and in-office technical support and product demonstrations on proper AAC block installation methods. Work closely with the sales team during client meetings, offering technical insights, application guidance, and construction best practices. You will play a key role in ensuring clients fully understand the benefits, handling, and installation techniques of AAC products.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site demonstrations for AAC block installation.
• Provide detailed technical information and installation guidelines to clients.
• Support the sales team during technical presentations and meetings.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and installation guides.
• Address client inquiries related to AAC performance, compatibility, and construction.
• Report site issues, customer feedback, and improvement suggestions to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or licensed engineers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience or familiarity with AAC blocks or other building materials is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to client sites and construction projects.
