We are looking for a Licensed Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Site Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring that construction activities are aligned with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure that all site activities comply with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and project team members.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and site implementation details.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and resolve architectural issues or conflicts during construction.
• Ensure quality workmanship and proper implementation of design intent.
• Assist in preparing documentation, reports, punch lists, and project close-out requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Architect.
• With 1-3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or architectural project implementation.
• Knowledgeable in architectural plans, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other related design or project tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned on-site.
