Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical management of high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Lead construction planning and technical proposal preparation during tender stage.
• Optimize structural, MEP, and finishing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve complex construction issues.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and international consultants.
• Introduce and implement new technologies and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with international and local standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with involvement in high-end projects (e.g., 5-star hotels, mixed-use developments).
• Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Experience in tendering and construction planning.
