Job Description
- Plan, design, and oversee asphalt paving projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
- Supervise site operations, including material selection, asphalt mix design, and laying procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks on asphalt works to ensure durability and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely project execution.
- Monitor and manage project costs, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure all safety and environmental standards are met during project execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience (3 years) in asphalt paving and road construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt mix design, hot mix asphalt, and related standards.
- Familiarity with relevant construction codes, specifications, and quality control practices.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite (AutoCAD is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
